8:00 P.M.- Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Alfredo and Rosina Aiello for a Site Plan Review under Section 1500 of the Norwell Zoning By-Laws for 72 Washington Street (formerly Shell Service Station). The property will be used for the operation of a retail Italian food store and is shown on Assessor's Map 5D, Block 17, Lot 13.
8:20 P.M. - Public Hearing for JVO Corporation to modify a Site Plan (Section 1500) which was originally approved by the ZBA on a decision stamped by Town Clerk on January 23, 2002 for a two story 10,600 sq. ft. office building. The modifications consist of the rotation of the building and reconfiguration of the parking area. The building's footprint will be increased by 857 s.f.; the total gross floor area will be increased by 1,330 s.f. and the total impervious area increased by 1,300 s.f. which does not encompass more than (35%) of the lot under (Section 4360p) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaw. 8:40 P.M. - Public Hearing for Denise M. Borden appealing the determination of the Building Inspector (Section 1323a) by memo dated 4 26 2002 concerning the conversion of an existing dwelling to a two-family permitted under (Section 2311 b). The Building Inspector states “that an addition has substantially altered the character and size of the structure”. The property is located at 841 Main Street with a total land area of 3.82 acres and shown on Assessor's Map 15D as Block 51 Lot 20 Registry of Deeds Book 20121 Page 97-99. Original house built in 1876.
9:00 P.M. - Public Hearing for The Aloha Foundation for a variance under Section 2432 and 2450a)d) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaw from the minimum lot width of 150 feet required at the setback line where 144.6 feet is shown. Parcel of land located on Cross Street and can be seen on Assessor's Map 10C, Block 50 Lot 49 Land Court Document No 361681.
