NORWELL ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

7:50 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for Hilary Newby of 12 Blackthorne Lane for a Special Permit under Article IV, Sections 4120 and 4241 (a) to construct and maintain a 4 foot wide by 15 foot long timber and pile ramp, a 4 foot wide by 30 foot long timber and pile pier, a two (2) sided 1 foot wide by 10 foot long timber and pile canoe rack and a 3 foot wide by 20 foot long aluminum ramp, leading to a 10 foot wide by 12 foot long float to be used as a small boat access on the North River.  It is shown on Assessor
8:00 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for Sprint Spectrum LP (Sprint PCS) for a Site Plan Approval under Sections 1500 and 4621 (a) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws for a proposed antenna attachment to be mounted to an existing water tank located on Paradise Drive.  The antenna will comply with the height requirements of Article IV, Section 4623.  The property is in Residence A District and Zone III of the Aquifer Protection District.

8:20 P.M. - Public Hearing to rescind the Special Permit for an in-law apartment (Section 1400 and 2316 d) granted by the Norwell Zoning Board of Appeals on 3/11/02, by decision stamped by Town Clerk requested by applicant so they can continue with the following Residential Permitted Use under Section 2311 (b) to convert to a two or three family dwelling.  The property is located at 841 Main Street and shown on Assessor
8:40 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for Gallery Automotive Group, LLC. d/b/a BMW Gallery for a Site Plan approval under Section 1500, Special Permit under Sections 1400 and 2341 to add two separate additions to existing one story building.  One proposed addition will be a one story 1500 s.f. for drive-in service and the other proposed addition will be a one story 2249 s.f. 2 bay service area.  The property is located in Business District C-1 at 98 Accord Park Drive and shown on Assessor's Map 11A as Block 17 Lot 68.

9:00 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for Norwell Washington, LLC., for a Comprehensive Permit under Chapter 40 (b) Sections 20-23, for the construction, in phases, of forty four (44) dwelling units in twelve (12) buildings, located on eleven (11) acres of land to be built at 239 Washington Street.  The parcel contains 7.8 acres of upland and 3.2 acres of wetlands, as determined by the Norwell Conservation Commission.  Property is shown on Assessor's Map 12A and 12C Block 24, Lots 4 and 5 Registry of Deeds Book 5609 Page 36.
