Tax Map #36, Parcel #0486 Applicant is requesting a variance to Sections 1305.1 (Setback Dimensions) to reduce the side yard setback in a SUOA from 20 ft. to 10 ft. and 1505.2A (Non-Conforming Buildings & Structures) to allow for the enlargement of an existing non-conforming structure. The variance is to allow for the enlargement of
