Attendance: Nita Kincaid, Dan Smith, Paul Simonds, Bill Ricker, Anne Nelson, Dan Spring
Meeting called to order at 7:36.
Our goal is to finalize our PowerPoint presentation to the Board of Selectmen and town.
Discussed options to meet again, will start earlier at 7:00 pm on March 1, 2017 at Wheeler Library. This presentation will be held on March 6, 7:00pm, place TBD.
Must be a published meeting and post of agenda of this meeting and at date of presentation as well.
We have 3 sets of minutes to approve, review job descriptions, and finish presentation.
A. Organizational Chart
-Spent considerable time tweaking chart (Paul will finalize chart structure)
SLIDES
-Building a strong management team, Administrative Triangle graphic (AFO)
-Reviewed and updated slides options/wording
B. Reviewed and updated job descriptions (Dan Smith will finish with changes)
C. Made changes to slide presentations (Nita will revise and finish slides)
D. Anne will finish up changes with minutes and Appendix.
We discussed developing the narrative further and the content of physical report. Research strongly linked with strong leadership, continuity is key.
Minutes from February 15, February 8 and February 1 approved and accepted.
The next meeting will be held on March 1 at Wheeler Library 7:00 pm. Meeting adjourned at 9:07 pm.
