Attendance: Sam Cherenzia, Jay Petersen, Bob Carlson, David Sellins, Mike Urgo, Mike Anderson, Dan Spring, Walt Mathwich, Mike Osborn and Mark Pekins
1. Call to order at 7:43
2. Public Comment- None
3. Input discussion from Architect/CM firm if present
4. State prep meeting discussion- Paul and Rusty were present each with some of their team, along with Mike Urgo. Over all the meeting went well with an update on our project.
5. Discussion of Environmental services rankings matrix
6. Discussion and review of Environmental services bids
7. Proposed selection of Environmental services firm
a. Motion: Sam Cherenzia motioned and Dan Spring second to recommend the bid from Eagle Environmental as the environmental consultant firm for the North Stonington School Modernization building Project. Motion carried 9 yes, 0 no and 1 abstained.

a. Motion: Sam Cherenzia motioned and Mike Anderson second to approve October 17, 2016 SMBC meeting minutes. Motion carried 9 yes, 0 no and 0 abstained.
