Attendance: Dan Spring, Mike Urgo, Mike Anderson, Jay Petersen, Bob Carlson, Pam Potemri, Sam Cherenzia, Mark Perkins, Mike Osborn
1. Call Meeting to order at 7:30 PM
2. Public Comment- None
3. Discussion with Architect (Quisenberry)/Construction Manager (Downs) firm on preliminary design option
a. Rusty & Paul reviewed advantages and challenges of permanent modular
b. Discussion between SMBC and Architect/CM
c. Motion: Mark Perkins motioned and Sam Cherenzia second to have the SMB Committee instruct the Architect/CM to move forward with design, bid and build with conventional construction in mind not to preclude alternative construction methods. Motion carried 9 yes, 0 no and 0 abstained
