Call to Order-7:01 PM with First Selectman Murphy and Selectmen Mullane and Donahue present.

1. Appointment of the members to the School Modernization Project Committee- A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by First Selectman Murphy to appoint the following members to the new School Modernization Project Committee for the duration of the Project, carrying. 3-0

2. Appointment to the Affordable Housing Committee-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane to appoint Betty Russ to the Affordable Housing Committee, seconded by Selectman Donahue, carrying. 3-0
