School Ad Hoc Committee Minutes Final
1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order by Chairman Walt Mathwich at 7:04 pm
2. ROLL CALL: Members Present: Bob Carlson, Sam Cherenzia, Arthur Dobley, Julie Lanier (Recording Secretary), and Walt Mathwich (Chairman). Missing: Leslie Driscoll, Jeff Frenette (Correspondance Secretary), Brett Mastroianni and Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman).
3. Public Comments and Questions: None
4. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
5. MINUTES: The minutes from Dec 21 were approved.
6. CORRESPONDENCE: None
7. OLD BUSINESS: See discussions below
8. NEW BUSINESS: Discussion on election of new officers. Elections were tabled until the 6 regular attending members could be present.
9. Discussions: Status and Progress of Building Plans: The architects and engineer have met with school building facilities in the high school cafeteria to look at the crack in the wall. The school administration (elementary, middle/high school and central office) are drafting educational plans that will be incorporated into the building plans once approved. On 1/10/12 the architects will meet with school administration to go over the draft educational plans. Also on 1/10/12 the 3 town boards (BOE, BOS and BOF) will discuss upcoming
projects for the town.
10. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 pm by Walt Mathwich and seconded by Bob Carlson.
