1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order by Secretary Julie Lanier at 7:10 pm
2. ROLL CALL: Members Present: Sam Cherenzia, Arthur Dobley, J ulie Lanier (Recording Secretary) and Brett Mastroianni. Missing: Walt Mathwich (Chairman), Bob Carlson, Leslie Driscoll, Jeff Frenette (Correspondance Secretary), and Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman).
