School Ad Hoc Committee Minutes Approved
1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairman Walt Mathwich called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm.
2. ROLL CALL: Members Present: Walt Mathwich (Chairman), Bob Carlson, Sam Cherenzia, Jeff Frenette, Julie Lanier (Recording Secretary) and Brett Mastroianni. Missing: Arthur Dobley, Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman) and Leslie Driscoll.

4. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
5. MINUTES: The Minutes from 12-13-2010 and Feb 14th were approved.
6. CORRESPONDENCE: None
7. OLD BUSINESS: None
8. NEW BUSINESS: None
9. Discussions:
A. Status of BOE and BOS meetings concering building project and school of choice was discussed. The RFP feasibility study for school of choice went out the previous week. Proposals (bids) are due back on April 18th. Review of the bids is expected shortly after bids are in (date TBD).
B. Status of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Services for Project: Proposals were received from 12 companies on March 21st, however, this committee has not yet received copies of the proposals. At our next meeting we will hold a workshop after this meeting to go over the proposals. According to Selectman timelines, April 25th they will meet with representatives from different committees to review the proposals. The proposal costs between bidders ranged widely.
C. Objectives and Timelines for next meetings: was discussed briefly.
10. WORKSHOP: None this week. Next workshop on April 11 following regular meeting to discuss Building bid proposals.
11. ADJOURNMENT: Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm. Motioned by Walt Mathwich, seconded by Bob Carlson.
