1.~~~~~ CALL MEETING TO ORDER:~ Chairman Walt Mathwich called the meeting to order at 7:08 pm.

2.~~~~~ ROLL CALL:~ Members Present: ~Walt Mathwich (Chairman), Bob Carlson, Arthur Dobley, Julie Lanier (Recording Secretary).~ Missing:~ Sam Cherenzia, Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman), Jeff Frenette, Leslie Driscoll and~ Brett Mastroianni.

5.~~~~~ MINUTES: The Minutes from 12-13-2010 could not be approved as there was no quorem

9.~~~~~ Discussions:
A. Status of BOE and BOS meetings concering building project and school of choice was discussed.
B.~ Status of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Services for Project:~ Bids are due back to selectmen on March 21, 2011.
C. Objectives and Timelines for next meetings.~ The group discussed being proactive and preparing an additional building plan to the selectman if the school of choice for the high school~becomes a viable option.~ If the town goes with school of choice for the high school, ~a building project most likely will still be needed for the middle and elementary schools.
