School Ad Hoc Committee Minutes Draft
1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Julie Lanier called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm.
2. ROLL CALL: Members Present: Bob Carlson, Sam Cherenzia, Leslie Driscoll, Jeff Frenette and Julie Lanier (Recording Secretary). Missing: Arthur Dobley, Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman), Brett Mastroianni and Walt Mathwich (Chairman).

4. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
5. MINUTES: The Minutes from 04-11-2011 were approved.
6. CORRESPONDENCE: None
7. OLD BUSINESS: None
8. NEW BUSINESS: None
9. Discussions:
Status of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Services for Building project: 5 copies of the proposals were given to the Ad Hoc Committee for review (some of the proposals only had 4 copies). The copies were distributed to the committee members who were present. The proposals will be reviewed against the RFP for completeness prior to the next scheduled Ad Hoc Meeting.
10. WORKSHOP: Postponed until next meeting when more members will be present.
11. ADJOURNMENT: Meeting was adjourned at 7:30pm. Motioned by Leslie Driscoll, seconded by Julie Lanier.
