School Ad Hoc Committee Minutes Draft
1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Walt Mathwich called the meeting to order at 7: 10 pm.
2. ROLL CALL: Members Present: Bob Carlson, Sam Cherenzia, Julie Lanier (Recording Secretary), Brett Mastroianni and Walt Mathwich (Chairman). Missing: Arthur Dobley, Leslie Driscoll, Jeff Frenette (Correspondance Secretary), and Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman).

7. OLD BUSINESS: Continuing discussions on RFP for School Building Project Costs
8. NEW BUSINESS: See workshop
9. Discussions:
Quisenberry Archtects, Selectmans Mark Donahue and Sean Murphy and the AdHoc committee discussed progress made to date and the revised timelines and action items needed by BOE, AdHoc Committee and Selectman in order to have plan ready for town referendum. A Microsoft project plan was provided to all for review and comment. It was agreed that we can have no one group slow the process down if the BOE and Selectmant want the referendum this year. The next meeting is scheduled for Dec 12. Time and place to be determined. No meeting on Dec 26.
10. ADJOURNMENT: Meeting was adjourned at 8: 20pm. Motioned by Julie Lanier, seconded by Walt Mathwich.
