School Ad Hoc Committee Minutes Draft
1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Walt Mathwich called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm.
2. ROLL CALL: Members Present: Bob Carlson, Sam Cherenzia, Arthur Dobley, Leslie Driscoll, Julie Lanier (Recording Secretary), Brett Mastroianni and Walt Mathwich (Chairman). Missing: Jeff Frenette (Correspondance Secretary), and Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman).

6. CORRESPONDENCE: The committee received electronic copies of the signed contract for the RFP for the school building project and presentation given by Quisenberry Arcari on October 17, 2011.
7. OLD BUSINESS: Continuing discussions on RFP for School Building Project Costs
8. NEW BUSINESS: None
9. Discussions:
The group discussed the available dates for the Kick off meeting for the school building project with Quisenberry Arcari. Best dates for committee members are Novembefr 3 (preferred) or November 1. The media center will be used if held next week for the meeting. Also- the group discussed what options should be presented to the town should school of choice be recommended by BOE. Walt will contact BOE to see if they have an Educational Plan (requirement for QA for the feasibility). If the architects agree to meet next week (or some other date) for the KOM, the BOE and Selectman will be invited.
