1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Only 4 members were present so regular meeting was not held however group had workshop with BOE and BOS (Mark Donahue)
2. ROLL CALL: Members Present: Bob Carlson, , Julie Lanier (Recording Secretary), Brett Mastroianni and Walt Mathwich (Chairman). Missing: Sam Cherenzia, Arthur Dobley, Leslie Driscoll, Jeff Frenette (Correspondance Secretary), and Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman).

Workshop began at 6: 20 and ended at 7 30pm. Workshop highlight: Rusty from QuisenberryArchitects gave verbal overview of facilities tour and highlighted findings which will be presented in formal report to be issued after the Educational Specs are final (the report is to relate findings to Ed Specs). Draft Ed Specs are due on
Jan 11th (Rusty to meet with Administration on Jan 11). The BOE will then need to review and approve prior to Jan 23d to stay on schedule. Rusty also went over current reimbursement rates based on number of students and square footage for all schools. He gave options for optimizing reimbursement.
