School Ad Hoc Committee Minutes DRAFT
1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairman Walt Mathwich called the meeting to order at 7:08 pm.
2. ROLL CALL: Members Present: Walt Mathwich (Chairman), Bob Carlson, Arthur Dobley, Julie Lanier (Recording Secretary). Missing: Sam Cherenzia, Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman), Jeff Frenette, Leslie Driscoll and Brett Mastroianni.

4. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
5. MINUTES: The Minutes from 12-13-2010 could not be approved as there was no quorem
6. CORRESPONDENCE: None
7. OLD BUSINESS: None
8. NEW BUSINESS: None
9. Discussions:
A. Status of BOE and BOS meetings concering building project and school of choice was discussed.
B. Status of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Services for Project: Bids are due back to selectmen on March 21, 2011.
C. Objectives and Timelines for next meetings. The group discussed being proactive and preparing an additional building plan to the selectman if the school of choice for the high school becomes a viable option. If the town goes with school of choice for the high school, a building project most likely will still be needed for the middle and elementary schools.
