School Ad Hoc Committee Minutes DRAFT
1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairman Walt Mathwich called the meeting to order at 7:15 pm.
2. ROLL CALL: Members Present: Arthur Dobley, Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman), Leslie Driscoll, Julie Lanier (Recording Secretary) and Walt Mathwich (Chairman). Missing: Bob Carlson, Sam Cherenzia, Brett Mastroianni and Jeff Frenette.

4. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
5. MINUTES: The Minutes from 03-28-2011 were approved.
6. CORRESPONDENCE: None
7. OLD BUSINESS: None
8. NEW BUSINESS: None
9. Discussions:
A. Status of BOE and BOS meetings concering building project and school of choice was discussed. The RFP feasibility study for school of choice went out the previous week. Proposals (bids) are due back on April 18th. Review of the bids is expected shortly after bids are in (date TBD). This committee will have a representative review the proposals.
B. Status of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Services for Building project: Proposals were received from 12 companies on March 21st. This meeting was to review those proposals however, the proposals were not available for the committee to review. According to the RFP schedule, the selectman are to review the proposals on April 25th. Sean Murphy was in attendance and has not yet seen the proposals. The committee may hold a workshop prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting to review proposals.
10. WORKSHOP: Cancelled as proposals were not available.
11. ADJOURNMENT: Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm. Motioned by Walt Mathwich, seconded by Julie Lanier.
