School Ad Hoc Committee Minutes DRAFT
- CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairman Walt Mathwich called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm.
- ROLL CALL: Members Present: Walt Mathwich (Chairman), Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman), Julie Lanier (Recording Secretary), Bob Carlson and Arthur Dobley. Missing: Sam Cherenzia, Leslie Driscoll, Jeff Frenette, and Brett Mastroianni
- Public Comments and Questions: None
- ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
- MINUTES: Need minutes from last two meetings approved and posted (Action Jeff Frenette.
- CORRESPONDENCE: Memo from Natalie Pukas to BOE asking for comments on ADSBC presentation.
- OLD BUSINESS: None
- NEW BUSINESS: None
- Discussions:
A. School Building Project Plan: Committee discussed Nick Mullane’s task list for moving forward with the School Building Project Plan. Committee would like to know responsibilities for each of the following committees in respect to the project: Permanent School Committee, BOE, BOS and the Ad Hoc School Committee.
B. Comments on the ADHOC presentation: Discussed comments from Regina McGowan. The committee iw Waiting to get full comments from BOE.
C. Status of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Services for Project: Committee reviewed Selectman’s DRAFT RFP. Comments will be provided to Selectman. Committee would like to talk with Doug Gillette on bidding process.
