Approved Minutes
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Bob Carlson called the Regular Meeting of the School Ad Hoc Committee to order on Monday, March 8th at 7:24 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL:
Committee Members Present: Bob Carlson (Chairman), Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman), Arthur Dobley (Recording Secretary), Jeff Frenette (Corresponding Secretary), Leslie Driscoll, Walter Mathwich, and Julie Lanier.
Committee Members Absent: Barbara Siner, Sam Cherenzia, and Brett Mastroianni.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS & QUESTIONS: Gary Herbert talked in general about the topics: redemption of debt and the mil rate impact table.
4. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
5. MINUTES:
MOTION by Jeff Frenette, SECOND by Julie Lanier, to accept the Draft Minutes of Feb 22, 2010 meeting. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
6. CORRESPONDENCE: None.
7. OLD BUSINESS: Work on presentation of proposed building plans. The members made changes on the slides for the presentation.
8. NEW BUSINESS: None.
9. DISCUSSIONS: Covered walkways and an extra meeting next Monday the 15th.
10. WORKSHOP: None.
11. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION by Leslie Driscoll SECOND by Jeff Frenette to adjourn the School Ad Hoc Committee Meeting at 9:10 P.M. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
