Approved Minutes
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Bob Carlson called the Regular Meeting of the School Ad Hoc Committee to order on Monday, March 15th at 7:11 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL:
Committee Members Present: Bob Carlson (Chairman), Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman), Arthur Dobley (Recording Secretary), Jeff Frenette (Corresponding Secretary, arrived 8:40), Leslie Driscoll, Sam Cherenzia, Brett Mastroianni., and Julie Lanier.
Committee Members Absent: Barbara Siner, and Walter Mathwich.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS & QUESTIONS: None.
4. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
5. MINUTES:
MOTION by Julie Lanier, SECOND by, Brett Mastroianni to accept the Draft Minutes of March 8, 2010 meeting. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
6. CORRESPONDENCE: None.
7. OLD BUSINESS: Work on presentation of proposed building plans. The members made changes on the slides for the presentation. Much of the discussion focused on the middle school. Topics also included gyms, preschool, and enrollment.
MOTION by Chris D’Angelo, SECOND by, Brett Mastroianni to accept the recommendation of the middle school subcommittee’s proposed plan for the middle school, as it will be presented in the final plan. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

MOTION by Sam Cherenzia SECOND by Chris D’Angelo to adjourn the School Ad Hoc Committee Meeting at 9:45 P.M. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
