Approved Minutes
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Bob Carlson called the Regular Meeting of the School Ad Hoc Committee to order on Monday, February 22 at 7:02 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL:
Committee Members Present: Bob Carlson (Chairman), Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman, and left at 8:30), Arthur Dobley (Recording Secretary), Jeff Frenette (Corresponding Secretary), Leslie Driscoll, Walter Mathwich, Julie Lanier, Sam Cherenzia, and Brett Mastroianni.
Committee Member Absent: Barbara Siner.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS & QUESTIONS: None.
4. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
5. MINUTES:
MOTION by Sam Cherenzia, SECOND by Walter Mathwich, to accept the Draft Minutes of Feb 8, 2010 meeting. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
6. CORRESPONDENCE: A handout covering ideas of new school construction was received from Mr. Jerbert and distributed.
7. OLD BUSINESS: None.
8. NEW BUSINESS: Work on presentation of proposed building plans. Each of the subcommittees gave a descriptive overview of the basic school plans and its relation to the presentation. Topics of discussion involved: classrooms, gym, cafeteria, auditorium, offices, the arts, walkways, heating, cooling, electrical, solar, computer lab, and layouts.

11. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION by Sam Cherenzia SECOND by Jeff Frenette to adjourn the School Ad Hoc Committee Meeting at 9:21 P.M. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
