- CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairman Walt Mathwich called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

A. School Building Project Plan: No discussion.
B. Comments on the ADHOC presentation: The committee is waiting to get full comments from BOE.
C. Status of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Services for Project: Comments on the RFP from ADHOC School committee submitted to Selectman for review. No acknowledgement of receipt from selectman.
