1. CALL TO ORDER:
Bob Carlson called the Regular Meeting of the School Ad Hoc Committee to order on Monday, October 26th at 7:07 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL:
Committee Members Present: Bob Carlson (Chairman), Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman), Jeff Frenette (Corresponding Secretary) Arthur Dobley (Recording Secretary), Leslie Driscoll, Arthur Jerbert, Brett Mastroianni, Sam Cherenzia, and Walter Mathwich.
Committee Member Absent: Barbara Siner
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS & QUESTIONS: Mike Hassell and Terri Earl were present and spoke about the importance and student need for an auditorium.

5. MINUTES:
MOTION by Sam Cherenzia, SECOND by Brett Mastroianni, to accept the Draft Minutes of September 28th, 2009 Regular Meeting with no corrections. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
MOTION by Brett Mastroianni, SECOND by Sam Cherenzia, to accept the Draft Minutes of October 12th, 2009 Workshop with no corrections. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

7. OLD BUSINESS: A brief overview of all School Plans was discussed.
8. NEW BUSINESS: None.

10. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION by Brett Mastroianni, SECOND by Sam Cherenzia to adjourn the School Ad Hoc Committee Meeting at 7:45 P.M. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
A workshop began at 7:45 PM with the subcommittees meeting to discuss their assigned schools. The subcommittees consisted of: The Elementary School, The Middle School, and the High School. All of the presented plans were discussed in regard to the specific school. The workshop ended at 9:05 PM.
