1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Bob Carlson called the Regular Meeting of the School Ad Hoc Committee to order on Monday, August 10th at 7:10 P.M.
2. Roll Call
Committee Members Present: Bob Carlson (Chairman), Chris D’Angelo (Vice-Chairman), Sam Cherenzia, Jeff Frenette (Corresponding Secretary), Arthur Jerbert, Leslie Driscoll
Committee Members Absent: Arthur Dobley (Recording Secretary), Brett Mastroianni, Barbara Siner
3. Public Comments and Questions:
Ms Pukas provided additional information concerning the formation of the Regionalization committee..
4. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:
Mr. Jerbert distributed material concerning Schools of the Future
5. MINUTES: MOTION by Bob Carlson, SECOND by Sam Cherenzia, to accept the Draft Minutes of July 27, 2009 with no corrections. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

10. ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Sam Cherenzia, seconded by Jeff Frenette to move to the Elementary School Workshop. Motion Carried Unanimously. The Chairman closed the meeting at 7:30 PM.
