I don't think we should meet this Monday, the 7th, because I think we would violate the FOI rules for posting a meeting.  The town website does have us meeting next Monday, the 14th.  We then have a workshop scheduled with the BOE on the 16th.  In the workshop, the BOE wants to know where we are.  There are new memebers since we gave the presentation in 2010 so we would be getting them up to speed.

So lets meet on the 14th 7 pm

        All,

The BOE has asked that I present a status of where the Ad-Hoc Building committee is on the 16th of January.  This is an opprotunity to get the memebers of the Board up to speed.

As of now we are slightly over spent on the work charged by Quissenbury but I think we got what we wanted in terms of options, costs, and draft Education specifications.

Not sure where the Ad Hoc Building committee stands going forward.  Looking, on line, at the BOE policies for new construction it sounds like it should be back to the BOE and PSBC to determine what to do next.

We should have a meeting before the 16th to discuss.
