Special Meeting Minutes
The Special Meeting was called to order at 6:21 PM with Kip Taylor, Dennis Walley, Steve Aiello, Rusty Rusich, and Ted Condon present. Steve Holliday, Highway Foreman and John Hines were also in attendance.
The Workshop was called to review the installation of new tennis and basketball courts. Steve Holliday recommends bringing both surfaces to contour of land. One surface at a time.
The Commission discussed starting with the tennis courts, fencing, lighting, etc. completing and then moving to the basketball courts. Steve Aiello will call an architect to ask about 3 separate bid packages and also talk to Nick Mullane about his bid submission package. The Commission also discussed trying to get a plan on exactly what the Commission want to accomplish at next Monday’s meeting Steve Aiello will try to get an engineer or possibly the Town’s Engineer to attend the meeting.
Kip Taylor mad a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:10 PM, seconded by Ted Condon, carrying.
