Minutes
Call to order: 6:20 PM.
Members Present: Kip Taylor, Emerson Rusich, Steve Aiello, Ted Condon,
Recreation Director: John Hines
No public comments.
Motion to approve December and January minutes seconded by Steve Aiello and by Emerson Rusich
Correspondence: The Stonington Lacrosse are looking for more children for their team. We recommend having Lacrosse sign-up sheets at the Little League. Mr. Hines will contact Mr.Kezer about the sign-ups.
Old Business:
1. Concrete form stakes purchased for purchased for Ice Rink, the install, will happen next winter.
2. Check # 683 was for custodial fees.
New Business:
1. Annual Budget 2010-2011 Still being worked on.
2. Recreation basketball year end pizza party is on - March 8th @6 PM. in the in the Elementary School Multipurpose room.
3. Wheeler Library is asking permission to use Recreation Flier. John Hines will talk to Amy Kennedy, and will then report back to Commission at the March meeting.
4. Motion to have 1 child free for 1 head coach position was made by Emerson Rusich seconded by Ted Condon, - carrying.
