Call to Order-6:19 PM
Public Comments and Questions-None presented
Minutes-A motion was made to accept the minutes of the October meeting by Commissioner Aiello, seconded by Commissioner Condon, carrying.

Planning for Next Year’s event
It was estimated that there were between 75-100 children, cider 6 gallons, but we ran out, 1or 2 more gallons for next year’s event.  Tim Horton’s mentioned that they would also bring hot chocolate to the event next year.  The Commission will have to increase doughnuts to 16 dozen.  
New Business
  • Soccer Awards and Pizza Party
(Thursday, November 18th, 6PM-Elementary School Multi-Purpose Room). The Pizza Lady will provide the pizzas
  • Ice Rink Update from Commissioner Kip Taylor
Set week for installation-General discussion of installation, install brackets and boards the week of 11/8.  Install liner and fill with water the 1st week of December.  Coordinate with Highway Department and Fire Company.
  • Evaluation Worksheets for Summer Staff

        Review of Qualifications
Tabled pending review by Commissioners and further discussion to follow.  Upon further discussion Director and Kiddie Camp Director must reapply and be interviewed each year.  Also the positions will be advertised yearly.
  • Discussion of Fee Waiver (one child per family) for Volunteer Head Coaches for Soccer and Basketball Programs
Discussion of fee waiver for volunteer coaches (head coaches).  Commissioner Rusich made a motion to grant the fee waiver (one child per family) for head coaches in the soccer and basketball programs seconded by Commissioner Walley, carrying.  
Any New Business brought forth by the Commission Members
        Mr. Hines will consult with the Town’s Attorney concerning volunteer staff in regards to background checks and protocols concerning arrests or convictions.  Commissioners want a written policy in place.
Adjournment-Commissioner Aiello made a motion to adjourn at 8:05 PM, seconded by Rusich, carrying.
