1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER:
Chairman Lou Steinbrecher called the Regular Meeting of the North Stonington Planning & Zoning Commission to order on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the New Town Hall,
Conference Room.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT:
Lou Steinbrecher, Chairman, Elaine Boissevain, Vice-Chair, Joseph Siner, Secretary, Ann Brown and Wayne Wilkinson
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT:
Alternate Members Ed McGowan, Pat Lewis and Julie Lanier
STAFF PRESENT:

ZEO Enforcement Report/August-September
ZEO Zanarini went over his enforcement report with the Commission and updated them on the Perkins enforcement issue. ZEO Zanarini also went over the Farm Brewery and Excavation Text Amendments and will submit
an application for the Commission’s next meeting.
SUB #16-075 Application of Hilaire Cote, 32 Clarks Falls Rd., N. Stonington, CT 06359 for a 2 lot subdivision on property located at 32 Clarks Falls Rd. in an R-80 Zone. Tax Map #104, Parcel #8261.
