1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER:
Chairman Lou Steinbrecher called the Regular Meeting of the North Stonington Planning & Zoning Commission to order on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 7:03 p.m. at the New Town Hall,
Conference Room.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT:
Lou Steinbrecher, Chairman, Elaine Boissevain, Vice-Chair Joseph Siner, Secretary, Wayne Wilkinson, Ann Brown and Alternate Member Pat Lewis
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT:
Alternate Member Ed McGowan and Julie Lanier
STAFF PRESENT:
ZEO/Planner Tom Zanarini and Administrative Assistant Cheryl Konsavitch,

4. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
(NO ACTION NEEDED; PH opened on 10/01/15 & continued to ll/05/15; received on 09/03/15 & applicant granted an extension to 11/12/15)

101A Anthony Road, 1st Selectman’s letter pertaining to tax foreclosures by the Town regarding CGS 8-24
MOTION by A. Brown, SECOND by W. Wilkinson to support the Selectmen’s proposal that if they intend to sell the property at 101A Anthony Road that it be rehabilitated and sold as an affordable housing unit
with the appropriate deed restrictions. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
7. SENIOR PLANNER & ZONING OFFICIAL’S REPORT/ISSUES:
ZEO Activity Report/June to September
T. Zanarini went over his activity report with the Commission
The Commission will review Flood Zone Regulations at their next scheduled meeting.

11. REVIEW MINUTES:
Review minutes of Regular Meeting of 10/01/15
The Commission accepted the minutes of 10/01/15 as submitted
12. ADJOURNMENT:
MOTION by E. Boissevain, SECOND by W. Wilkinson to adjourn the meeting at 8:22 p.m. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
