MINUTES APPROVED ~ JUNE 4, 2015

1.   CALL MEETING TO ORDER:  Chairman Lou Steinbrecher called the Special Meeting of the North Stonington Planning & Zoning Commission to order on Thursday, May 20, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the New Town Hall, Conference Room. 

       COMMISSIONERS PRESENT:  Lou Steinbrecher, Chairman, Elaine Boissevain, Vice-Chair, Ann Brown, and Alternate Member Pat Lewis

       COMMISSIONERS ABSENT:  Joseph Siner, Secretary, Wayne Wilkinson and Alternate Members Julie Lanier and Ed McGowan   

        STAFF PRESENT:  ZEO/Planner Tom Zanarini and Atty. Michael Carey

2.  EXECUTIVE SESSION:

To discuss possible modification to judgment

Present:  L. Steinbrecher, E. Boissevain, A. Brown, P. Lewis, T. Zanarini, M. Carey

MOTION by A. Brown, SECOND by E. Boissevain to go into Executive Session to discuss Rasmussen vs White, joint motion to re-open and modify judgment.  MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

The Executive session ended at 6:50 p.m.

3.   PLANNING ISSUES & DISCUSSION:   

Discussion and approval of proposed modifications to judgment

MOTION by A. Brown, SECOND by E. Boissevain to approve proposed modifications to the judgment.  MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

4.  ADJOURNMENT:

MOTION by A. Brown, SECOND by E. Boissevain to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 p.m.  MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
