1.   CALL MEETING TO ORDER:  Chairman Lou Steinbrecher called the Special Meeting of the North Stonington Planning & Zoning Commission to order on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 6:07 p.m. at the New Town Hall, Conference Room. 

       COMMISSIONERS PRESENT:  Lou Steinbrecher, Chairman, Elaine Boissevain, Vice-Chair and Joseph Siner, Secretary

       COMMISSIONERS ABSENT:  Wayne Wilkinson, Ann Brown and Alternate Members Julie Lanier, Pat Lewis and Ed McGowan   

        STAFF PRESENT:  ZEO/Planner Tom Zanarini and Administrative Assistant Cheryl Konsavitch,

2.   PLANNING ISSUES & DISCUSSION:   

Proposed draft Zoning & Subdivision Regulations and set for Public Hearing

MOTION by E. Boissevain, SECOND by J. Siner to accept the proposed draft Zoning & Subdivision Regulations and set them for Public Hearing on August 6, 2015.  MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

3.  ADJOURNMENT:

MOTION by E. Boissevain, SECOND by J. Siner to adjourn the meeting at 6:15 p.m.  MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
