DRAFT MINUTES

 

 

1.    CALL MEETING TO ORDER:  Chairman Lou Steinbrecher called the Regular Meeting of the North Stonington Planning & Zoning Commission to order on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 7:05 p.m. at the New Town Hall, Conference Room. 

 

       COMMISSIONERS PRESENT:  Lou Steinbrecher, Chairman, Elaine Boissevain, Vice-Chair, Joseph Siner, Secretary, Ann Brown, Wayne Wilkinson and Alternate Member Pat Lewis

 

       COMMISSIONERS ABSENT:  Alternate Members Julie Lanier and Ed McGowan   

  

        STAFF PRESENT:  Sr. Planner & Zoning Official Juliet Hodge, Sr. Planner & Zoning Official Tom Zanarini and Administrative Assistant Cheryl Konsavitch

 

2.  ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA:  None

 

3.  PUBLIC COMMENT:  None       

 

4.  PLANNING ISSUES & DISCUSSION:   

 

A.  2015/2016 Budget

 

ZEO Hodge went over the proposed 2015/2016 budget with the Commission

 

B.  Zoning Regulation Update

 

ZEO Hodge went over the proposed zoning handouts she gave to the Commission and will have drafts of the regulations for the Commission shortly.

 

5.  SENIOR PLANNER & ZONING OFFICIAL’S REPORT/ISSUES:    

 

ZEO Hodge went over her activity reports from September thru December with the Commission.

 

6.  NEW APPLICATIONS:  None     

 

7.   OLD BUSINESS:  None

 

8.  NEW BUSINESS:  None   

 

9.  REVIEW MINUTES:     

 

Regular Meeting of 12/10/14

 

The Commission accepted the minutes of 12/10/14 as submitted.

 

10.  ADJOURNMENT:

 

MOTION by E. Boissevain, SECOND by J. Siner to adjourn the meeting at 8:58 p.m.  MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
