1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairman Lou Steinbrecher called the Regular Meeting of the North Stonington Planning & Zoning Commission to order on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 7:04 p.m. at the New Town Hall, Conference Room.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Lou Steinbrecher, Chairman, Elaine Boissevain, Vice-Chair, and Alternate Member Julie Lanier
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Joseph Siner, Secretary, Wayne Wilkinson, Ann Brown, and Alternate Member Pat Lewis
STAFF PRESENT: Sr. Planner & Zoning Official Juliet Leeming and Administrative Assistant Cheryl Konsavitch

A. POCD & Visioning Session Update
B. Zoning Regulation Update
ZEO Leeming updated the Commission on the POCD and the upcoming Visioning Session on Saturday, April 6. An update was also given on the zoning regulations.
6. SENIOR PLANNER & ZONING OFFICIAL’S REPORT/ISSUES:
ZEO Leeming updated the Commission of zoning issues, including Ames and Tillinghast
7. NEW BUSINESS:
Request for a 90-day filing extension of the approved subdivision plans for SUB #12-100 (Watson Estates Subdivision) Application of Peter Gardner, Green Falls Associates, L.L.C., 1641 Route 12, Gales Ferry, CT 06335 for an Affordable Housing Application per CT Gen. Stats. 8-30g (set-aside development) for an 18-Lot Subdivision of land on property located at Lake of Isles Road in an R-80 Zone. Tax Map #54, Parcel #6567. (Plan must be recorded in 90-days on or by 5/01/13; additional 90-days extension to 7/30/13.
MOTION by E. Boissevain, SECOND by J.
