1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairman Lou Steinbrecher called the Regular Meeting of the North Stonington Planning & Zoning Commission to order on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the New Town Hall, Conference Room.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Lou Steinbrecher, Chairman, Elaine Boissevain, Vice-Chair, Joseph Siner, Secretary, Ann Brown, and Alternate Members Pat Lewis and Julie Lanier
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Wayne Wilkinson
STAFF PRESENT: Sr. Planner & Zoning Official Juliet Leeming and Administrative Assistant Cheryl Konsavitch

ZEO Leeming gave an update on the POCD
B. Presentation from Planimetrics on Housing Plan
Heidi Samokar, AICP, Sr. Planner from Planimetrics gave a presentation on the Housing Plan which has adopted by the Affordable Housing Committee.
C. Presentation from Garnet Consulting Services on Economic Development Commission Action Plan
Mark Waterhouse of Garnet Consulting Services gave a presentation on the Economic Development Commission Action Plan
D. Discussion
The Commission and members of the audience asked questions of both presentations
5. NEW APPLICATIONS: None
6. PUBLIC HEARING:
SUB #13-002 (Subdivision) Application of Duane A. White, 94 Pinewoods Rd., North Stonington, CT 06359 for a 3-lot subdivision of land on property located at 93 Pinewoods, North Stonington, CT 06359 in an R-80 Zone. Tax Map #90, Parcel #7989 (Commission to receive on 2/07/13; & set for PH on or by 4/12/13)
The Commission set the Public Hearing on SUB #13-002 for Thursday, March 7, 2013.

The Commission accepted the minutes of 2/07/14 as written.
