DRAFT MINUTES
1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Vice-Chair Elaine Boissevain called the Regular Meeting of the North Stonington Planning & Zoning Commission to order on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 7:04 p.m. at the Wheeler Library, Upstairs Meeting Room.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Lou Steinbrecher, Chairman (arrived at 8:05 p.m.), Elaine Boissevain, Vice-Chair, Joseph Siner, Secretary, Wayne Wilkinson and Alternate Members Pat Lewis and Julie Lanier
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Ann Brown
STAFF PRESENT: Sr. Planner & Zoning Official Juliet Leeming and Administrative Assistant Cheryl Konsavitch
2. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
3. PUBLIC COMMENT:
Mr. Dudley Wheeler came before the Commission to discuss filling land on property adjacent to 218 Norwich-Westerly Rd. ZEO Leeming stated excavation is not allowed in this zone and what is required at the time of application? The Commission consensus was for the applicant to submit a formal site plan with an E&S Plan and have the ZEO review it with the Commission at their December 5th meeting to see if it could be handled administratively.
4. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
The North Stonington Planning & Zoning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing for Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Wheeler Library, Upstairs Meeting Room, 101 Main St., North Stonington, CT to hear and consider the Plan of Conservation and Development for the adoption of the Plan.
Secretary Siner read the application into the record.

MOTION by E. Boissevain, SECOND by W. Wilkinson to continue the public hearing on the Plan of Conservation and Development to December 5, 2013. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

The North Stonington Planning & Zoning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing for Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Wheeler Library, Upstairs Meeting Room, 101 Main St., North Stonington, CT to hear and consider the Plan of Conservation and Development for the adoption of the Plan.
