DRAFT MINUTES
1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairman Steinbrecher called the Regular Meeting of the North Stonington Planning & Zoning Commission to order on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 7:02 p.m. at the Wheeler Library, Upstairs Meeting Room.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Lou Steinbrecher, Chairman, Elaine Boissevain, Vice-Chair, Joseph Siner, Wayne Wilkinson, Ann Brown and Alternate Members Pat Lewis and Julie Lanier
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT:
STAFF PRESENT: Sr. Planner & Zoning Official Juliet Leeming and Administrative Assistant Cheryl Konsavitch

3. PUBLIC COMMENT: None
4. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
The North Stonington Planning & Zoning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing for Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Wheeler Library, Upstairs Meeting Room, 101 Main St., North Stonington, CT to hear and consider the Plan of Conservation and Development for the adoption of the Plan.
Seated: L. Steinbrecher, E. Boissevain, J. Siner, A. Brown, W. Wilkinson
ZEO Leeming gave a presentation on the POCD and Mr. William Ricker reviewed the PCRL with the Commission and the public.
Chairman Steinbrecher asked if there were any questions or comments from the public. The following people spoke:

MOTION by A. Brown, SECOND by W. Wilkinson to continue the public hearing on the Plan of Conservation and Development to November 14, 2013. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
5. PENDING APPLICATIONS:
The North Stonington Planning & Zoning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing for Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Wheeler Library, Upstairs Meeting Room, 101 Main St., North Stonington, CT to hear and consider the Plan of Conservation and Development for the adoption of the Plan.
