COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Louis E. Steinbrecher Chairman, Elaine Boissevain Vice-Chairman, Joe Siner Secretary, Peter McMorris and Wayne Wilkinson
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Louis E. Steinbrecher Chairman and Alternate Members Susan Grufstedt and Andrew Gaskins

WORKSHOP
The Open Space/Conservation Easement Subcommittee requested a workshop with the Planning & Zoning Commission to update the Commissioners on the newly developed monitoring system for Open Space & Conservation Easements under the Town’s ownership.
Nita Kincaid, Bob Fleury and Bill Ricker came before the Commission to update the Commission on the process of a monitoring system that the OS/CE Subcommittee has developed.
The Subcommittee went over an outline following the conservation easement or open space from beginning to end. They also went over definitions, background and issues pertaining to the open space and conservation easements.
