COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: E. Boissevain Vice-Chairman, Joe Siner Secretary, Peter McMorris, Wayne Wilkinson, and Alternate Members Ann Brown and Andrew Gaskins (arrived at 6:45 p.m.)
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Louis E. Steinbrecher Chairman and Alternate Member Susan Grufstedt
STAFF PRESENT: Sr. Planner & Zoning Official Juliet Leeming and Administrative Assistant Cheryl Konsavitch
WORKSHOP
Conservation Commission requested a workshop with the Planning & Zoning Commission to discuss recommendations by the Conservation Commission from the Plan for Conservation & Recreation Land & recommendations for Use of Land Areas.
Followed by another workshop at 6:30 p.m. requested by Mac Turner to discuss Route 2 traffic study.
Mr. Richard Blodgett came before the Commission to discuss the recommendations by the Conservation Commission from the Plan for Conservation & Recreation Land & recommendations for Use of Land Areas that was submitted to Planning & Zoning on February 4, 2008.
Mr. Mac Turner also discussed with the Commission the Route 2 traffic study.
