WORKSHOP
Susan Camp requesting a workshop on behalf of James & Robin Johnson to discuss property located at 296 Cossaduck Hill Road, North Stonington, CT 06359.
Atty. Lloyd Langhammer, Susan Camp and James & Robin Johnson were present for this workshop.
Camp and James & Robin Johnson were present for this workshop.
Atty. Langhammer discussed with the Commission the possibility of making this lot a legal building lot. The original parcel was subdivided off illegally by a previous owner creating this parcel of land which lacks the frontage for a conforming lot.
Atty. Langhammer discussed having this parcel come before the Commission for an interior building lot. Atty. Carey will research this matter and get back to the Commission.
