1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairman Stewart called the Special Meeting of the North Stonington Planning & Zoning Commission to order on Thursday, February 12, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. at the New Town Hall, Conference Room.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: G. Russell Stewart, III, Chairman, Louis E. Steinbrecher, Vice-Chairman, Vilma Gregoropoulos, Secretary, Elaine Boissevain, Joseph Siner and Alternate Members Duncan Schweitzer and Ann Brown
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Alternate Member Susan Grufstedt
STAFF PRESENT: Sr. Planner/ZEO Juliet Leeming and Administrative Assistant Cheryl Konsavitch
2. PUBLIC COMMENT: None
3. PLANNING ISSUES & DISCUSSION:
Fee Ordinance
ZEO Leeming went over the proposed draft fee Ordinance with the Commission. The Commission will continue discussion on this item at their March 5, 2009 meeting.
4. MINUTES:
Review minutes of Regular Meeting & Workshop Meeting of 2/05/09.
MOTION by V. Gregoropoulos, SECOND by J. Siner to approve the Regular Meeting and Workshop minutes of 2/05/09 with the necessary corrections. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
MOTION by V. Gregoropoulos, SECOND by L. Steinbrecher to adjourn the special meeting at 7:04 p.m. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
