WORKSHOP
John Olsen requested a workshop for a presentation and discussion concerning a proposed project on 8 acres of land adjacent to Boondocks owned by Dwight Ketelhut.
Mr. John Olsen discussed a proposed mixed use type of development that would combine both affordable housing and commercial development.
The site would contain a proposed commercial complex that would include a barn which would house a Co-op farmer’s market, green house, nursery, food bar, health club (part of a re-hab center) and residential units.
The proposed residential units would be 42 affordable units with 1 & 2 bedrooms with less then 1000 sq. feet in size.
The Commission discussed this as a possible village overlay zone and encouraged Mr. Olsen to have a workshop with the other Boards and Commission as well as the public.
Respectfully Submitted,
Cheryl Konsavitch, Administrative Assistant
