COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: G. Russell Stewart, III, Chairman, Vilma Gregoropoulos, Secretary, Elaine Boissevain, Joe Siner and Alternate Member Duncan Schweitzer
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Louis E. Steinbrecher and Alternate Members Susan Grufstedt and Ann Brown

WORKSHOP
Eric Jacobsen, representing the Stonington Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses came before the Commission to discuss a plan review.
Mr. Eric Jacobsen, Tony Ferraro, Ron Sherman and Steve Rhinehart were present for the workshop.
Mr. Jacobsen went over the proposed draft plan for a 155 seat single story Kingdom Hall. The building would be approximately 45 x 95 square feet and sits on 2.7 acres. Mr. Jacobsen stated that the regulations allow for 15% impervious surface and the plan they propose calls for 34% impervious surface with 69 parking spots and all runoff is to remain on-site.
The Commission discussed options with the applicant to reduce the impervious surface.
