COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: G. Russell Stewart, III, Chairman (arrived at 6:50 p.m.), Elaine Boissevain, Vice-Chairman, Vilma Gregoropoulos, Secretary, Joe Siner and Alternate Member Duncan Schweitzer and Ann Brown
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Louis E. Steinbrecher and Alternate Member Susan Grufstedt
STAFF PRESENT: Sr. Planner & Zoning Official Juliet Leeming and Administrative Assistant Cheryl Konsavitch
WORKSHOP
Peter Gardner, representing the Bellissimo Grande Hotel requested a workshop to discuss adding a banquet facility to the existing hotel.
Mr. Peter Gardner and Mr. Patrick Levantino were present for the workshop.
Mr. Gardner went over plans for the banquet facility and parking and Mr. Levantino also discussed the use of the banquet room along with parking and lighting.
