WORKSHOP
Jane Dauphinais of Southeastern Housing Alliance requested a workshop with the Planning & Zoning Commission to discuss zoning strategies for affordable housing and to talk about the Incentive Housing Zone Program that provides grant funding to incentivize affordable housing at identified locations.
Ms. Dauphinais spoke to the Commission about the Housing for Economic Growth Program Technical Assistance Grants and Incentive Housing Zone Programs and supplied handouts for the Commission and members of the public.
