COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: G. Russell Stewart, III, Chairman, Vilma Gregoropoulos, Secretary, Joe Siner and Alternate Member Duncan Schweitzer
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Louis E. Steinbrecher, Vice-Chairman, Elaine Boissevain, and Alternate Members Susan Grufstedt and Ann Brown
STAFF PRESENT: Sr. Planner & Zoning Official Juliet Leeming, Administrative Assistant Cheryl Konsavitch and Consulting Engineering Donald Aubrey
WORKSHOP
The Planning & Zoning Commission requested a workshop with their Consulting Engineer Donald Aubrey of Towne Engineering to discuss impervious surface.
The Commission received handouts pertaining to parking standards with some examples of other Town’s parking regulations.
Mr. Aubrey went over drainage and storm events at the workshop.
