WORKSHOP
Dana Barnes of Concord Equity Group, L.L.C., requested a workshop to discuss a potential subdivision at 125 Babcock Road.
Mr. Barnes came before the Commission to discuss a potential subdivision on 72 ½ acres of land. Mr. Barnes stated the frontage on this property supports 12 lots, 11 frontage and 1 interior lot. The proposal they discussed before the Commission would include 1 free split and a 9 lot subdivision with lots of roughly 5 acres. The proposal would have 4 shared driveway locations with minimal disturbance.
