WORKSHOP
Paul Liistro requested a workshop to discuss a proposal for 66 acres of land off of Exit 93 and Clark’s Falls Road in North Stonington.
Mr. Paul Liistro was present and stated the proposal would be a Membership Club that was sports oriented. Mr. Liistro stated the parcel is 66 acres and approximately 22 acres of it would be developed. The site would feature 38 single-family residences and a clubhouse that could include tennis, horseback riding, skeet shooting, swimming and fishing.
