A.  The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of North Stonington will continue a public hearing on Thursday, September 3, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the New Town Hall Conference Rm., 40 Main St., N. Stonington, CT, to consider the Commission’s proposals to adopt a comprehensive revision of the Town of N. Stonington Zoning Regulations. At that time, the Commission will also commence a public hearing on amending the official Zoning Map in connection with any changes made to the Zoning Regulations. All portions of the current Zoning Regulations and Zoning Map are subject to revision.  The proposed revised Zoning Regulations and Zoning Map are on file in the Town Clerk’s & Land Use Office, New Town Hall, 40 Main St., N. Stonington, where they may be reviewed during normal business hours. Written communications regarding the proposed revisions will be accepted at any time before the closing of the hearing.   

 

B.  SUB #15-059 (Re-Subdivision) Application of Tyler J. & Sarah A. Banker, 100 Providence-New London Trpk., North Stonington, CT  06359 for a 1-Lot Re-Subdivision on property located at 100 Providence-New London Trpk. in an R-40, AP Zone.  Tax Map #121, Parcel #7905

(NO ACTION NEEDED; Commission received on 09/03/15 &  PH set for 10/01/15)

 

6.  PENDING APPLICATIONS:

 

The Commission’s proposals to adopt (1) a comprehensive revision of the Town of North Stonington Zoning Regulations, and also on amending the official Zoning Map in connection with any changes made to the Zoning Regulations.  All portions of the current Zoning Regulations and Zoning Map are subject to revision and (2) an amendment to Section 4.16.3 of the Subdivision Regulations regarding the requirement of providing digital copies of approved subdivision plans.  All portions of the current Zoning Regulations are subject to revision.
