Katz, P.E., Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., 50 West 23rd Street, New York, NY  10010 to construct an access drive to Signal Hill Common Interest Community on Jeremy Hill Road on property owned by Arlene Ferrucci Steinlauf & Stephen W. Yardan, Trustee in an R-60 Zone.  The Signal Hill Common Interest Community is located on the same parcel of land as the access road, but all the condominium structures are located in the Town of Stonington.
